Ofertele care nu vor contine toate echipamentele din prezentul lot vor fi descalificate. Ofertele cu valori mai mari decât valoarea estimată pe fiecare componenta nu vor fi luate în considerare. Pentru echipamentele care se achiziționează în număr mai mare de bucăți, se vor oferta echipamente identice.
