Se va emite comanda ferma. Plata se realizeaza cu OP in termen de 30 zile de la emiterea facturii fiscale.
Se va depune oferta tehnica si oferta financiara. Se va preciza termenul cert de livrare (care nu poate fi mai mare de 5 zile de la finalizarea comenzii initiata in SEAP). Transportul va fi asigurat de furnizor in Craiova in locatia indicata de catre achizitor respectiv Str. Brestei , Nr. 129A.
