Ofertarea se va face prin transmiterea unei oferte de pret pe adresa de email [email protected] . Livrarea produselor se va face gratuit la sediul autoritatii contractante din Tulcea, str. 1848, nr. 16. Ofertantului declarat castigator i se va solicita postarea produselor in SEAP. Produsele mentionate sa fie insotite de certificate de calitate. Plata produselor se face in cont de trezorerie cu OP in maxim 30 de zile de la primirea facturii. Livrarea produselor se face la sediul achizitorului insotit de factura. Transportul gratuit. Costul returului/stornarii produselor neconforme sa fie gratuit. In cazul in care se constata ca doua sau mai multe oferte se claseaza pe primul loc cu preturi egale, pentru departajarea acestora se va solicita o reofertare cu o noua propunere financiara.
