În cazuri temeinic justificat, termenul de plată al facturii se poate prelungi până la maximum 60 de zile, cu respectarea dispozițiilor Legii nr. 72/2013, calculate de la data primirii aceteia de către Achizitor prin sistemul RO e-factura.
