De Opdrachtgever heeft het besluit genomen om een Europese openbare Aanbestedingsprocedure te doorlopen, waarbij een Overeenkomst voor de inkoop van Accountantsdiensten wordt gesloten met één Opdrachtnemer, die gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht. De jaarlijkse omvang van de werkzaamheden wordt geschat op € 80.000,- tot € 100.000,- exclusief BTW.
