Overview
Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen in de Spuiboulevard Oost te Dordrecht tussen Spuiweg en de Johan de Wittstraat. De projectlocatie ligt in de 19e-eeuwse Schil West van Dordrecht. In dit gebied vindt ontwikkeling plaats van diverse straten en gebouwen. De uitvoering van de Spuiweg start op het moment dat de Burgemeester de Raadtsingel en de omgeving Dordthuis nog in afronding zijn. Vanaf september 2026 start de sloop van het Hellingengebouw en vanaf oktober 2026 start de herinrichting van de Spuiboulevard oost. Aan de Spuiweg liggen diverse historische en gevoelige belendingen.
