Plant hire support for works in North and East Area. Works include signal and location case site stabilisation and refurbishment including signal and cable route replacements in the North and East Signalling Managers area. These works will involve the installation of kingposts and precast concrete wall units to retain equipment sites, replacement of signals, trenching for cable routes along with general civils works requiring machinery. Contract to commence on 31st August 2026 and run to 31st August 2027, generally there could be two work location per week however project requirements on occasions may require more than two locations on any given week, this will be governed by project requirements, works may also not be on consecutive weeks, works will be a mixture of day and night works and may include some Saturday night/Sunday morning works.
