Job Title: Div. 27 - Plant Hire Contact: Padraic O'Donnell 0877037405, Gearóid Connolly, 0874428407. Plant Requirements Division 27. All shifts may not be used and may not be consecutive. Total contract may not be utilised pending budget availability and plant requirements. Contractor will be required to work week days/week nights/ weekends Saturday/Sunday days and nights (including Bank/Public Holidays as required). ETL4s/ETL5S/ETL6s/DT3S must be road worthy to travel on the public road as and when required by the Irish Rail Person in Charge. Attachments as per schedule 1 - IM7783. PTA and PO to be in place before work commences. Hedge cutting attachments included in this tender but may not be required depending on the Divisional plans for vegetation management. Athlone Division may decide to tender out separate jobs throughout the year as opposed to draw down from this contract. Mobilisations will not be paid for where plant is not moved off site between planned works. Successful vendor will be informed by e mail that they are successful with this tender, they will be given a 24hr period (1 x working day) to respond if they are available to accept this tender, failure to engage/reply to the e mail either accepting or declining the tender will result in Irish Rail moving to the next preferred bidder until a successful vendor is chosen.
