General maintenance tender for Div. 1 relaying from WK31 (2026) to WK 52 (2027). Planned weekly requirement 4 x ETL4S, 4 x ETL6S, 3 x ETC3 Excavators and 8 x DT3S Dumpers but this may vary. Other items of plant will be requested on a week by week basis. Scope to include preparation works for formation and or relaying track throughout DART areas along with associated works and other maintenance tasks. The hours shall be utilised on mid week night, weekend works and over shutdown weekends. All requirements will be drawn down from this contract as required by the business and shall be planned and notified via weekly requests in line with normal company procedures (an indicative draw down to year end is shown above, exact requirements will be advised via weekly requests). Mobilisations will be week to week as required. Mobilisations will not take place during possession times (i.e. by rail), it is the sole responsibility of the appointed contractor to organise the mobilisation of plant prior to works commencing on site as part of the weekly request.
