De vernieuwbouw van het gehele Paleis van Justitie in Den Haag (circa 80.000 m2 bvo) is een langjarig traject van renovatie, nieuwbouw en onderhoud dat veel impact heeft op de gebruikers van het pand en haar omgeving. Tijdens de gefaseerde uitvoeringswerkzaamheden blijven belangrijke delen van het gebouw in gebruik. Het RVB beoogt om een aanbesteding op de markt te zetten die voorspelbaar, interessant en transparant is voor de markt. Daarin zoekt het RVB in deze fase contact met marktpartijen om hierover te sparren en met suggesties en oplossingenrichtingen hier nader invulling aan te geven. circa 80.000 m2 bvo.
