Elia en TenneT, de transmissienetbeheerders voor hoogspanning in respectievelijk België en Nederland, zijn op zoek naar een leverancier voor het ontwerp, de productie en de levering van statische offshore cable baskets. Deze baskets zullen onshore worden opgeslagen en gebruikt voor de opslag van offshore hoogspanningskabels. Deze aanbesteding wordt gezamenlijk georganiseerd door Elia en TenneT. De geselecteerde inschrijver zal twee afzonderlijke contracten worden gegund: één contract met Elia en één contract met TenneT. De aanbestedingsprocedure wordt geleid door Elia en verloopt overeenkomstig het Belgisch recht. De contracten die naar aanleiding van deze procedure worden afgesloten, zullen evenwel worden beheerst door het recht van het respectieve land van de betrokken contractspartij.

Ces équipements seront stockés à terre et utilisés pour le stockage de câbles électriques offshore. Le présent marché est organisé conjointement par Elia et TenneT. Le soumissionnaire retenu se verra attribuer deux contrats distincts : un contrat avec Elia et un contrat avec TenneT. La procédure de passation du marché est menée par Elia et est soumise au droit belge. Les contrats conclus à l'issue de cette procédure seront toutefois régis par le droit du pays respectif de l'entité contractante concernée.
