Enterprise Ireland intends to establish a Framework Agreement following this Competition. An Initial Call‑Off Contract for design, delivery, implementation and training for Regionally Based Pre-Accelerators and Early-Stage Supports (ESS) for Startups will be awarded to the successful Tenderer shortly after the Framework Agreement. This Competition forms one of three (3) proposed programmes (outlined below) under Enterprise Ireland’s new National Accelerator Programme, a flagship initiative under Startup Ireland as part of Enterprise Ireland’s "Delivering for Ireland, Leading Globally (2025-2029)".
