Die BWI GmbH erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen inklusive Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen (Subscription) sowie zugehörige softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen für Softwareprodukte des Herstellers Kubermatic in Höhe von ca. 8.000.000 € netto (Obergrenze: ca. 12.000.000 € netto) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer maximalen Laufzeit von vier Jahren abgeschlossen.
