Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού των στάσεων και χώρων δικτύου Τραμ της ΣΤΑΣΥ. Ο Ανάδοχος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για: • Τον καθαρισμό των στάσεων, κοινόχρηστων χώρων και χώρων προσωπικού (αναπαυτήριο, εκδοτήρια, ανελκυστήρες και κλίμακοστάσια, w.c., κλπ) σε όλο το τμήμα του δικτύου Τραμ , το οποίο περιλαμβάνει 60 στάσεις. Την απομάκρυνση χρωματικών παραστάσεων (graffiti) από τους ανωτέρω χώρους.
